Idao Cafe & restaurant was born from a personal dream and a deep love for making people feel at home. My friends call me Dao, and I opened this cafe on January 29, 2025 - so the name 'Idao' comes straight from the heart.

I wanted to create a place in Chiang Mai where travelers, friends, and even strangers could gather - to relax, to feel cared for, and to find comfort even when they're far from home.
